Kathy Griffin made vicious comments about former “The View” co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Meghan McCain after appearing on the talk show on Friday.
The comedian explained in a Tuesday YouTube video that while she “loves” the show’s current panelists — Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Sonny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin — she has ill will towards conservatives Hasselbeck and McCain.
“When they had Hasselbeck, I had to put up with her stupidity… or, indignant stupidity, which is kind of the most amusing,” Kathy said.
Hasselbeck, 48, appeared on “The View” from 2003 to 2013. During a 2010 episode, Hasselbeck and Kathy fought over the comedian’s past jokes about the co-hosts.
At the time, the “Survivor” alum told Kathy her jokes were “untrue” and “not so funny.”
In her new video, Kathy called McCain, 41, an “annoying c–t.”
“I just love to go for her, because she takes the bait every time,” Kathy said of McCain, who had a dramatic run on the talk show from 2017 to 2021.
“And now she’s gonna post about how I’m not a feminist,” the “Suddenly Susan” actress continued. “That’s how this works, Meghan. One of these days you’ll pick it up.”
Page Six has reached out to Hasselbeck and McCain’s reps for comment.
Later in her video, Kathy admitted that she planned to go after Alyssa, 36, for previously working for President Donald Trump.
“Just so you know, Alyssa, in my mind, I was going to go for you,” Kathy said, explaining that she “didn’t always see eye-to-eye” with Alyssa when she was with the Trump administration.
“And, she turned out to be like the nicest one at the table,” Kathy shared.
The comedian also recognized that she’s “had lots of Republican friends and it will always be that way — even though I’m a big ole leftie.”
When Kathy talked about going on “The View,” she noted that they “won’t let me do the live shows anymore,” so her appearance on Friday had to be pre-taped.
“And they won’t let me co-host anymore,” she added, “which is a bummer because I used to love to co-host.”
Kathy previously sparked major backlash for posting a controversial photo in 2017 of her holding a Halloween mask covered in fake blood that appeared to resemble Donald Trump.
At the time, the hosts of “The View” openly condemned Kathy’s actions.
“I thought it was awful,” former co-host Jedediah Bila said on the show in May 2017 . “It wasn’t funny.”
Hostin said she was “offended” by the photo, calling it “so vile and fowl,” while Goldberg agreed that Kathy took things too far.
