Hurrah, every bargain hunter’s favourite time of the year has finally arrived. Amazon Prime Day has begun, and if you’re hunting down new tech, the ecommerce giant is slashing prices on lots of Apple gear.
As well as steep cuts on its own-brand Amazon devices, Kindle ereaders and electric toothbrushes, Amazon is currently discounting Apple’s coveted iPads, including the iPad Air with the blazing-fast M3 chip.
But remember, you need to be an Amazon Prime member to snag the deals. I’ve been covering the Amazon Prime Day sales for almost a decade, so I know what to look for. Below, I’m rounding up all the best Amazon Prime Day 2026 deals on Apple’s iPads, from the regular iPad to the iPad Air.

You can save £20 on the entry-level iPad Air in the Amazon Prime Day sale. My favourite iPad out of the lot. “If you’re anything like me and just want a tablet for everyday streaming, browsing, a spot of gaming, calls, maybe even a bit of writing, then this is absolutely the one to get,” I said in my iPad 11th-gen review. If you don’t need the extra horsepower of an iPad Air or iPad Pro, the common-or-garden will suit you just fine.
If you prefer something with a bit more power, last year’s iPad Air with the powerful M3 chip has just been slashed by almost £200 for Prime Day. “If you want a do-it-all device for gaming, streaming and productivity, the iPad Air is a seriously capable all-rounder,” tech critic David Phelan said in his iPad Air review. And because it has an M3 chip, you’ll be able to use all the new fancy Apple Intelligence features introduced in iPadOS 27.

If you like the sheer power of the iPad Air above, but want a slightly bigger screen, then the 13in version of the iPad Air has also been slashed in price for Prime Day. Amazon has taken more than £300 off the larger model, bringing it down to just £850.
