Footage released by the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) shows multiple strikes on a village in Lebanon in an ongoing operation targeting terror group Hezbollah.

The video captures several explosions hitting buildings in Taybeh, according to Reuters.

The exact date when the video was filmed could not be verified but no older version of the video was found posted online before April 6.

Since March 2, Israeli forces have launched more than 1,840 attacks on Lebanon, according to Armed Conflict Location and Event Data (ACLED), an independent monitor. More than 1,497 people have been killed and more than 4,639, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health.

Last week, Defense Minister Israel Katz outlined the country’s plans to destroy border towns in Lebanon.
