The ex-girlfriend of New England Patriots star wide receiver Stefon Diggs is filing to dismiss a lawsuit over a paternity and child support claim against him.
Diggs, who is currently dating rap star Cardi B, has been embroiled in a number of legal issues of late – including this suit which was brought by Instagram model Aileen Lopera.
But earlier this week, Lopera – also known as Lord Gisselle – filed documents to dismiss the lawsuit without prejudice.
Her lawyer, Tamar Arminak, told TMZ on Wednesday, ‘The matter has been resolved.’
In December 2024, Lopera filed suit against Diggs – claiming that he was the father of her then-unborn child.
The baby was born in April, with Lopera naimed her Charliee and giving her the NFL star’s last name.

In November 2025, Diggs learned via a paternity test that he was indeed the father of Charliee after initially disputing
‘Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work together for the child’s best interests,’ Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, told the Daily Mail at the time.
Diggs said last September that if he is proven to be the father of Charliee, he wants joint legal and physical custody of her.
The wideout has an eight-year-old daughter from a different relationship and recently became a father to a child he has with Cardi B that they welcomed in November.
In recent weeks, Diggs has been at the center of another legal controversy as he has been accused of slapping and choking his personal chef during a financial argument at his house in the suburb of Dedham on December 2.

According to the incident report provided to the Daily Mail, the woman said Diggs entered her unlocked bedroom, grabbed her from behind and ‘tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.’
She told police on December 16 she feared she ‘could have blacked out,’ before being thrown down onto the bed by Diggs. The accuser initially hesitated to identify Diggs to police ‘due to his fame,’ according to the incident report.
The Patriots released a statement when the accusations went public, saying they had been aware of the situation.
Diggs is set to report to Dedham District Court this Friday – two days before he is set to play in the AFC Championship Game against the Denver Broncos.
