Ask an expert heat pump roadshow – Thursday 24 July and Friday 25 July 2025
Come and join us
Following a successful trial at the Municipal Offices in March, Cheltenham Borough Council, in association with Charlton Kings Parish Council, is rolling out the mobile heat pump demo rig to two locations in Cheltenham: Waitrose Superstore, Honeybourne Way; and Church Piece, Charlton Kings.
Clive, our heat pump expert and qualified trainer, will be there to show you how a heat pump works and answer any questions. The mobile rig is fully operational so you can check the noise levels for yourself and feel the type of heat it generates through the pipework and radiators. Each session lasts for 20 minutes, with up to four people in each session. Heat pumps are one of the most energy efficient ways to heat your home; this event will explain why and is free-of-charge.
We will also be talking about air-to-air heat pumps, a potential option for those homeowners with all electric homes.
You’ll also find a host of informatin about heat pumps, including information on government grants, on our heat pump information pages.
