Tom Brady made a lonely exit from Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding party at Madison Square Garden on Friday night, with the NFL great was pictured ducking out by himself before 10pm.
The 48-year-old looked glum in the back seat of a car that was pictured whisking him out of the iconic New York venue. The party was expected to run until around 4am on Saturday morning in the heart of Manhattan but Brady appeared to call it a day before it had really got going.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner, widely considered the best quarterback ever in the game where Kelce made his name, was one of around 1,000 guests that the power couple invited to their big day.
Perhaps the notoriously health-conscious Brady was a bit partied out. Days earlier, he was in The Hamptons, a short journey outside of New York, for friend Michael Rubin’s annual White Party. This year, the Fanatics founder moved the date so it didn’t clash with the wedding that everyone is talking about.
Brady looked smart in a black suit and tie for the big day, where he would have spent time with many familiar faces across the world of the NFL – all of Travis Kelce’s Chiefs teammates, aside from Harrison Butker – were there, as well as several players and coaches from other teams.
In fairness, Brady wasn’t the only one who left early. Hugh Grant was also pictured exiting around an hour after the NFL great and so too was Chris Rock.

The couple announced on Friday evening that they had officially tied the knot in New York
Brady is widely considered as one of America’s most eligible bachelors – certainly now Kelce is taken – after splitting with his wife of 13 years, the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen, in October 2022.
He has stayed single since, although he started 2026 by being linked to influencer Alix Earle.
They were pictured getting handsy at a New Year’s event in St Barths and then again at a Super Bowl party in San Francisco back in February. Earle was also at Rubin’s party just a few days ago.
Brady still would have witnessed the event that the world is waiting with baited breath to learn more about, however. Guests were sworn to secrecy over the venue, the date and even who else would be attending.
After the marriage ceremony was complete, screens outside the venue officially announced that Swift and Kelce were married.
‘JUST&T MARRIED’ read the message, officially confirming the news that everybody had been waiting for.
Swift’s representatives then released a statement revealing that the ceremony was officiated by comedian and Hollywood actor Adam Sandler and that neither one of the happy couple had traditional wedding groups.
Instead, Jason Kelce was best man for his younger brother while Swift’s brother Austin was her ‘Man of honor’.

Once the party is over, though, Kelce might have some unhappy friends to be dealing with.
Sources told the Daily Mail that some of his Chiefs teammates, as well as front office employees, were disheartened to be left out of parts of the two-day celebration, such as Thursday’s rehearsal dinner.
Many Chiefs players, including Kelce and his new wife, are heading to Orange County, California next week for their former teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster’s wedding.
Then, they’ll have a break before training camp begins on July 29 ahead of the new NFL season in September.
