Free customer service training courses are available ahead of the Fleadh Cheoil 2026
To ensure Belfast tourism and hospitality businesses are ready for the 2026 Fleadh Cheoil, Belfast City council is working with Belfast Metropolitan College to deliver a number of ‘Get Ready for the Fleadh’ customer service courses.
These free, non-accredited training sessions will help businesses to focus on delivering excellent customer service and providing an enhanced experience, resulting in increased sales, repeat business and customer loyalty both during and after the Fleadh.
The training is open to anyone working in customer service/customer facing role within the tourism and hospitality industry in Belfast.
Course details
Courses will be delivered in person at Belfast City Council offices, 9 Adelaide Street, Belfast. Learners must be available to attend for the full duration of the session they have registered for.
Places are limited, and to register for the course, you will be asked to create an account with Belfast Metropolitan College to be able to book a slot.
