Hospitality course to help local businesses strengthen their digital presence in 2026 

Support your hospitality team to attract, engage and retain customers online with this funded OCN Level 2 Digital Marketing for Hospitality course, delivered by Belfast Metropolitan College.

This Skills Focus funded programme is designed specifically for the hospitality sector and helps staff build practical, cost-effective digital marketing skills that drive real results.

Course highlights

  • Tailored to hospitality and tourism businesses
  • Increase online visibility and customer engagement
  • Learn social media, mobile marketing and SEO fundamentals
  • Develop targeted digital strategies for specific customer groups
  • Gain an accredited OCN Level 2 qualification

Funding is available to Businesses in Northern Ireland with fewer than 250 employees. Applicants may be eligible for up to 90 per cent funding through the Skills Focus programme (subject to eligibility).

Course details

The OCN Level 2 Digital Marketing for Hospitality course will run for 6 weeks, starting Wednesday 27 May, delivered online every Wednesday from 930am to 100pm.

  • Wednesdays (Weeks 1–5) | Lecture delivery.
  • For Weeks 2–5 | Second learning day starting Thursday 4 June for blended learning and one to one support (9.30am to 1pm).
  • Week 6 Wednesday 1 July | Student presentations – slots of 30 minutes will be allocated to students on this day.

  • Using technology to develop online interaction with customers
