EIT Health opens two funding opportunities for healthcare innovators
Businesses, start-ups, research organisations and healthcare innovation partners can apply for two European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Health funding opportunities aimed at accelerating the development, commercialisation and adoption of innovative healthcare solutions across Europe.
Innovation Uptake Call
The EIT Health Innovation Uptake Call supports mature digital, data-driven and AI-powered healthcare solutions ready to scale across Europe.
The programme helps innovators accelerate market entry, generate real-world evidence, improve market access and drive the adoption of clinically validated healthcare innovations.
The call has a total budget of up to €5.2 million, with funding of up to €650,000 available per project.

Transformative Healthcare Instrument
The EIT Health Transformative Healthcare Instrument (THI) supports high-potential healthcare micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) developing innovations in biotech, medtech, digital health, artificial intelligence, biomarkers, and diagnostics.
Eligible SMEs can apply for between €300,000 and €500,000 in funding, with EIT Health supporting up to 50% of total project costs.
