Marco Silva’s side went away to Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day and made the short trip home with a famous victory. They were a goal down with ten minutes left to play and won 2-1. That result hasn’t been a one-off this season either, the Whites have been so strong and are pushing for European spots currently as they sit eighth in the league.
Bournemouth are Fulham’s opponents today, and they have had just as an impressive half to the season. Statement victories, exhilarating football and star performers have made football on this part of the south coast very enjoyable.
