Social Enterprise NI offers one‑to‑one support to help social enterprises plan their marketing.

Social Enterprise NI offers free one‑to‑one marketing support to help social enterprises develop a clear, practical marketing plan.

The support is personalised for each organisation and focuses on producing a usable marketing plan, rather than delivering training sessions or presentations. It is delivered in partnership with Watson & Co Chartered Marketing.

Organisations are guided through the SOSTAC (Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action, Control) marketing planning framework, which helps link marketing activity to wider business goals.

The support covers

  • understanding your current position
  • setting clear objectives based on business priorities
  • agreeing a marketing strategy
  • choosing practical tactics
  • planning actions, responsibilities and timescales
  • reviewing progress and results

The pace and length of the support are flexible and based on what each organisation needs and can commit to.

Applications are now open for the programme.
