Collingwood fan favourite Josh Daicos and his model fiancée Annalise Dalins have postponed their hotly anticipated wedding.
The couple, who got engaged in Greece last September, had initially aimed for a 2025 ceremony.
But speaking at Australian Fashion Week, Dalins confirmed the couple are putting things on hold.
‘We realised there’s a lot that goes into a wedding and we’re in no rush,’ she said.
The glamorous duo have chosen to savour their engagement instead.
‘We’ve been caught up in our love bubble,’ Dalins added. ‘I haven’t even chosen a dress yet … but we can’t wait.’

Dalins has now announced that they plan to postpone the wedding and spend more time enjoying their engagement
The couple are living at the Collingwood star’s parents’ house while their own home undergoes renovations
Their delay comes as both focus on other commitments. The pair are currently renovating their newly purchased $2million bayside home.
They plan to turn it into their ‘forever home,’ documenting the journey on Instagram.
The four-bedroom property, first built in the early 1900s, had been in the same family for over five decades.
They plan to restore its heritage character with their own modern touch.
‘We are pumped to restore her original bones, and add a little bit of spice,’ they posted.
Dalins is also juggling a budding television career. She recently joined Channel 9 and YouTube footy program Players and made a striking appearance at Fashion Week.
Wearing a Carla Zampatti white outfit styled by Paul Versace, she turned heads at the opening night show in Sydney.
‘It’s so fun up here. I absolutely love all the beautiful colours,’ Dalins said. ‘From Melbourne to sit by the Opera House here is really exciting.’

Dalins said that Daicos’s family had become her rock after revealing her estrangement from her own father
She joined a star-studded front row including Tammy Hembrow, Francesca Hung and Jessie Renee Wynter. Dalins is scheduled to attend Sydney Fashion Week events through Wednesday.
Behind the glamour, her story includes personal heartbreak. Dalins recently opened up about a painful family breakdown.
Speaking on Olivia Rogers’ Tell Me More podcast, she revealed her estrangement from her father.
‘I don’t recognise the man he is now – and I actually don’t know him,’ she said.
‘It’s basically just a ‘Merry Christmas’ and ‘Happy Birthday’ kind of relationship.’
The 24-year-old said Josh’s family became her anchor during that time. ‘They literally took me under their wing like I was their own,’ she shared.
Josh’s parents, Collingwood legend Peter Daicos and wife Colleen, welcomed her into the fold.
‘I was really missing the family aspect after my parents separated… so that really saved me,’ she said.
The couple still plan on getting married, with Dalins joking they will be together until they are both in a nursing home
Dalins now lives with Josh and his family while renovations continue. She credits the Daicos household for providing her with the stability she needed.
‘I know I’m so lucky – a lot of people have tough relationships with their in-laws,’ she said. ‘But I’m obsessed with mine.’
Their romance began during Covid lockdowns with a chat on Instagram. At first, Dalins thought Josh was just a local footy player. She ghosted him after learning he played in the AFL.
But fate intervened when they crossed paths at a bar on Chapel Street.
‘I realised he was the sweetest man I’d ever met,’ she said.
‘He 100 per cent is my biggest supporter.’
Despite their wedding delay, she’s confident in their future.
‘I think we’ll 100 percent make it to 90, in our rocking chairs at the nursing home,’ Dalins joked.
