The FA Cup quarter-final draw has finally been made, and fans eagerly await some highly anticipated clashes.
Former Manchester United defender Denis Irwin and Fulham midfielder Danny Murphy have ensured supporters will see some stunning games following several unexpected results in the fifth round.
A large number of big clubs have exited the competition, while the remaining – such as Man City in their game against Plymouth – were very close to losing in one of the greatest upsets.
In the quarter-final, Pep Guardiola’s men will face a tough trip to Bournemouth while Aston Villa will take on Preston.
Elsewhere, Brighton host the winner between Nottingham Forest and Ipswich, which will be decided on Monday evening.
Furthermore, Crystal Palace – after a emotionally challenging game against Millwall – will take on Fulham, following their shock qualification.

Nico O’Reilly’s brace against Plymouth sent Manchester City to the quarter-final of the FA Cup against Bournemouth
After they secured a qualification in the 114th minute, Brighton are set to face the winner between Nottingham Forest and Ipswich
The draw took place after an extra-time clash between Man United and Fulham at Old Trafford, where penalty shootout misses from Victor Lindelof and Joshua Zirkzee led to the Red Devils’ exit from the tournament.
Brighton are also coming exhausted after an astonishing showdown against Newcastle at St James Park, which included all elements fans adore, such as red cards, stoppage-time and late winners.
Danny Welbeck scored a late winner in the 114th minute after he appeared as a substitute just before the start of the extra-time.
The fifth round was also well-remembered for several controversies in Bournemouth’s victory over Wolves, which included Matheus Cunha’s dismissal or the Cherries’ goal being ruled out after an eight-minute VAR check.
Additionally, Crystal Palace’s confident 3-1 victory over Millwall on Saturday was overshadowed by Jean-Philippe Mateta’s horror challenge on Liam Roberts, which left the striker requiring stitches after a trip to the hospital.
All of the matches will be played over the last weekend in March.
