Enzo Fernandez’s partner Valentina Cervantes shared a message in support of the Chelsea star following the Conference League triumph, just months after their relationship appeared to be over.
Fernandez split from his childhood sweetheart in October last year in a move that reportedly blindsided his 24-year-old influencer partner.
In subsequent interviews with Argentinean media, Cervantes shared that she still loved the midfielder, and wished him nothing but the best.
But months after the news broke, reports suggested that the couple had reunited, with Cervantes and Fernandes allegedly spotted kissing and holding hands in London.
Cervantes had previously returned to Argentina with their children Olivia and Benjamin, but flew back to London for New Year together as a family.
She underlined the reconciliation last month by sharing a photo with her Instagram followers of Fernandez in bed in a Madrid hotel room.

The World Cup winner added the Conference League to his growing list of honours
Cervantes was present on Wroclaw in Poland on Wednesday to show support for Fernandez and his Chelsea team-mates against Real Betis in the Conference League final.
Fernandez scored the Blues equaliser against the Spanish outfit in the final, heading in a cross from Cole Palmer.
Chelsea impressively built on Fernandez’s strike with Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho and Moises Caicedo netting to secure a 4-1 victory.
Following the trophy lift, Fernandez was joined by Cervantes and their children on the pitch at the Stadion Wroclaw.
Cervantes shared a photo of them as a quartet, writing ‘one more’ in recognition of Fernandez’s latest success.
She added a separate photo with their two children, adding ‘Those who enjoy any stadium, walks, entire games, hot or cold, and I could go on…
‘They are everything.’
The message appeared to highlight the unit in the relationship, just months after Cervantes have revealed their split.

Cervantes recently confirmed her reconciliation with Fernandez after their split last year
The couple – who dated for six years before their split in October 2024 – reportedly reconciled in the New Year
The former law student announced the end of their relationship in late October by writing on Instagram: ‘With Enzo, today we decided to put space between us.
‘But we will always be family and we will support each other in everything because there are two children in the middle who need a lot of our love for them.
‘I know the person and the excellent father that Enzo is, and the heart he has and with that, I’m satisfied. Don’t try to create wars where there are none.’
In an interview with Argentine newspaper La Nacion in December, where she revealed the New Year family reunion, Cervantes admitted she and Enzo lived and slept together for another 10 days.
It followed Fernandez telling her ‘from one day to the next’ he didn’t want to be with her anymore.
During the split, Fernandes was linked to Argentine rapper and model Nicki Nicole, but Nicole was quick to refute suggestions that the pair were an item.
Throughout the break-up, Cervantes has stressed that she was keen to ‘respect’ the player’s decision to call time on their relationship, despite having come as a shock.
‘I think it was a combination of things on his part,’ Cervantes said in an interview last year of the end of her relationship. ‘He made the decision and I respected it. We have two children together.

‘To this day, we try to have a good relationship, we try to share, so that the kids can continue living together.
‘If you ask me what happened, I have nothing specific to tell you.
‘I just think that he decided to focus 100 percent on his career, on performing, on finding himself.
‘He might not have been at his best as a player and tried to find it. Today, fortunately, things are going well for him. That’s why I’m also happy.’
A bombshell report earlier this year claimed Fernandez had in part reunited with the mother of his children after an Argentina team-mate had made a move on Cervantes during the split.
