Funding and mentoring opportunities for Northern Ireland community organisations addressing health inequalities.
The deadline for applications is 4pm on Friday 22 May 2026.
Who it is for
Applications will be accepted from voluntary, community, and social enterprise organisations in Northern Ireland.
Applications are particularly welcomed from groups that are volunteer-led, have less than five staff or support people from LGBTQIA+ and Minority Ethnic communities, and those living with a physical and/or learning disability.
Support you can get
The Elevate NI Programme supports local community organisations to deliver projects that use community development approaches to tackle health inequalities across Northern Ireland.
Elevate is designed to strengthen organisational capacity and improve project delivery through a structured support offer.
The programme provides support through
- tailored mentoring support over a six-month period
- access to training and networking opportunities
- guidance on organisational development and project delivery
- access to funding to support community health activity
- grants of up to £5,000 for eligible organisations, or up to £1000 if a group is unconstituted
