Former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall has broken his silence after he was filmed chasing after a car screaming ‘I’ll rip your head off’.
Hall, a retired British strongman turned mixed martial arts specialist, attempted to chase down a moving car after becoming involved in a furious row with motorists who allegedly created a disturbance outside his Staffordshire home.
Video footage circulated on social media showed Hall, 37, who won the World’s Strongest Man competition in 2017, swearing at the driver of a blue BMW and threatening, ‘I’ll twist your f***ing head off’ as the car pulled away following the altercation.
The film was captured by the driver of a second car waiting nearby, who complained that Hall’s angry outburst had scared his daughter.
The footage depicts the final moments of a dispute that began off camera before escalating, with Hall claiming his children had earlier been upset by the honking of car horns outside his property.
The man himself has now spoken on the incident in full, taking to social media to give his side of the story.

‘This video has been going viral across the internet painting me as a bad guy who smashes cars up, threatens people and upsets kids,’ Hall posted on X. ‘Well the truth is now Live on my YouTube channel so please look at both sides of the story before judging!
‘3 blacked out cars circled my kids home last night at 9pm revving engines, beeping horns, looking into the property and wouldn’t leave when asked to do so… things escalated and here you’re seeing the last 30 seconds of a total of an 18 minute harassment of my kids peaceful place of sanctuary.’
Hall titled the 30-minute YouTube video ‘DON’T VISIT MY HOUSE’.
In the video, he said: ‘I am having to defend myself through the s***-slinging match that is happening online at the minute. A video has been posted which is the last 30 seconds of an 18-minute interaction.
‘The sat there for a total of 10 minutes before Alex went out to tell them to go away – very politely, might I add. They then moved from one side of my driveway to the other side and stayed there for a further seven minutes. This is after they had been asked to leave and this is when I came out.
‘They had been asked to leave politely. I then asked them again with a bit more frown to it and they still stayed there for another seven minutes. I was in the garden enjoying a nice fire with my son, smoking a cigar, pretty chill. I have just come back from a fight in Poland, I am away 80 per cent of the time. I literally come here to see my kids.
‘We were talking about nice things, Alex comes to me and tells me what happened, I look on the CCTV and they are still there. So I go down, I have got no intention but to get these people to leave my property. I don’t want to hurt them, I don’t want to aggravate them, I just want them to leave.
‘I wanted to add that there are kids involved and up until that last 30 seconds I did not know there were kids involved in the scenario. I didn’t know there were kids in the car, all the windows were blacked out, no kids said anything, how would we know there were kids in the car?’

As the two cars pulled away, Hall gave chase and a young child was heard crying in the back seat of the second car.
‘Hey, get out, get out you f**ing p***k,’ Hall is heard screaming. ‘I’ll f***ing rip your head, I’ll twist your f***ng head off. All of you get out, I’ll rip your f***ing head off.’
He continued on his YouTube channel: ‘I am just telling him to leave. I don’t want to hear anything he has to say. You have been asked to leave politely, been asked to leave with a bit of a grunt, just f*** off.
He added: ‘The last bit of the interaction looks really bad. But when you get the context you will understand. I am telling this guy to f*** off, you are scaring my kids. He then says something like he wants a picture with his kids, I said I don’t care. You want me to respect your children’s emotions, what about my kids’ emotions?
‘He then starts creeping away, and he looks at me and says “I’m going to knock you the f*** out”. Of course, after an 18-minute interaction, you see red. I am protecting my kids, so I blow up.
‘I could see the guy was filming me so I ran towards the car to grab his phone and throw it in a bush or something. I might have clipped the side of the door with my hand. I didn’t manage to get a hold of the guy at all – unfortunately.
‘As he is filming me down the road, my crocs came off. I am lucky I didn’t fall on my face. He was filming while driving and I know for a fact he didn’t have a seatbelt on.
Hall then went onto share the account of the person who originally shared the video, blurring out his name and face. ‘I am going to blur his name because I don’t want this guy to get harassed,’ he added. Vigilantes beeping their horn and offering him out for a fight, he has got kids. I don’t want anything to happen to this gentleman other than this response to clear my name.’

‘Callum’ wrote: ‘Big Eddie Hall coming smashing our cars and punching me in the jaw and scaring the kids for no reason at [all] and damaging the cars – we were nowhere near the house.
‘Went to a local pub [close] to Eddie Hall for my cousin’s 10th birthday in hopes to catch him in there. Then we took him to show him where Eddie lives – what a way to ruin a 10-year-old’s birthday. Not to mention the stress caused to my missus who is 37 weeks pregnant.
Hall, keen to clear his name, responded: ‘He’s saying I punched him in the jaw and smashed the cars up. Did you see any of that in the video? If I had hit him, he would have said ouch. I did not touch the guy whatsoever. He is a liar, he is trying to suit the narrative.’
He went onto show the CCTV, showing three cars parking up outside his property, with one man seemingly trying to look inside. There then appeared to be a brief argument between Alex – Hall’s wife – and another woman in the car.
Hall later added that one person in the car ‘tried to argue with him’ and if there was a ‘third warning’ then it would get ‘nasty’.
He added: ‘I just saw red. I’m sorry. He was outside my house for 18 minutes. harassing us. Stalking. Revving engines, beeping horns. You don’t do it. I was just so angry.’
‘Callum’ wrote on social media that he ‘has an interview with the police tomorrow on this matter’
Hall went onto apologise for ‘upsetting your children’.

Hall said at the end of the video that he ‘would do exactly the same again’ if the situation repeated itself
‘I did not mean to upset you guys,’ he continued. ‘if you want to get a picture with me I am out on the street loads and I never say no to kids.’
‘We have had enough. No one is welcome at my home. If you come to my home, I’m sorry, you are going to get told to leave. I am not doing pictures, this is a place of peace, where my family come to feel safe. You are not breaking that peace. It was justified – I stand by my actions. If it happened again, I would do exactly the same again.
‘You have tried to paint me as a thug. As someone who is a bully, who has no emotions and doesn’t care about children. You have defamed me by what you have done.’
