A driver caught using her phone while driving to pay for a parking ticket has been fined once again.

Footage shared by Surrey Roadsafe on Tuesday (26 May) shows the motorist in Guildford paying the fine whilst stuck in stationary traffic.

As she paid the penalty, an unmarked vehicle from Vanguard Road Safety Team – a specialised traffic unit within Surrey Police – drove up alongside her.

The woman later notices the vehicle and locks eyes with the driver.

She was issued a Traffic Offence Report (TOR), resulting in a £200 fine and 6 points on her licence.
