Event to help businesses respond to technological shifts in ways that strengthen culture and attract and retain talent.
The Diversity Mark Annual Summit 2026, delivered in partnership with Allstate Northern Ireland, will bring together 300 leaders, employers, changemakers and inclusion practitioners for a day of insight, reflection and practical learning.
Helping employers meet the challenge of AI
Under the theme Future Ready, Human First – this year’s summit will reinforce a clear message people remain every organisation’s most important asset. The event will highlight how organisations can respond to technological shifts in a way that strengthens culture, attracts and retains talent, and ultimately builds long-term trust and reputation.
By ensuring people feel valued, supported and able to contribute – regardless of background or experience – employers will be encouraged to adopt an approach that is both human-first and, as a result, future ready.
