- Danika Mason returns serve to coworker
Channel Nine sports presenter Danika Mason has cheekily suggested that a footy reporter read out his search history after he admitted his social media feed was flooded with stories about her.
Mason, known for her sharp wit, was chatting to sports journalists Michael Chammas, Danny Weidler and Adam Peacock on Triple M’s ‘The Journos’ podcast when the light-hearted exchange occurred.
‘Last week on the podcast you were talking about how your feed is being flooded with stories about me,’ Mason asked Chammas.
‘What is your algorithm?’
Chammas smiled, replying that his feed was just ‘rugby league news’.
‘Its not rugby league news. I want to know what your search history is,’ Mason replied.

‘… I am going to ask you right now to bring up your Google search history. Would you do it, Chammy.’
Weidler joked that Chammas would have searches about traveling to Turkey, a jibe referencing his hairline.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, Mason took a cheeky swipe at her NRL star boyfriend Liam Knight after he posted a series of snaps to social media this week while enjoying a romantic trip to Sydney.
Mason and Knight went public with their romance in 2024, just months after Mason’s split from ex-fiancé Todd Liubinskas.
Despite living 17,000km apart while Knight plays in England, the couple make time for getaways and post regular updates on social media.
Mason and Knight were spotted soaking up the sun at Gordons Bay recently, where Mason stunned in a lavender bikini.
Their beach outing followed recent romantic getaways, including Singapore and Europe, where the couple shared affectionate snaps celebrating their growing relationship.
In the most recent photo dump of their time together, Knight shared images from Mason’s Sydney home captioned: ‘No place like home’.

The pics showed the happy couple enjoying early morning walks and coffee, rocking out in the car together and late night drinks.
They also included several images of Mason’s dog Charlie, with Knight seemingly forging a strong bond with the labrador as he started the post with a photo of the two of them together, instead of one of him with his partner.
That was not lost on Mason, who pointed out that Knight seemed more enamoured with her dog than her.
‘Good to see the order of priority,’ she posted with a laughing emoji.
‘@danika.masonn lucky to make it into the top 3,’ Knight cheekily replied.
