The UK Society for Co-operative Studies (UKSCS) and the Society for Co-operative Studies Ireland (SCSI) are hosting a conference in Belfast to mark the 2025 International Year of Co-operatives.
The conference will highlight how co-operatives contribute to a fairer society, sustainable economy and overall well-being. Focused on the theme Co-operatives Build a Better World, the event is sponsored by Belfast City Council.

- Linda Ervine MBE, founder of Turas, an Irish Language project
