The college student who was accused of carrying out a vile anti-Semitic stunt at one of Dave Portnoy’s bars last year has launched a fresh attack on the Barstool Sports chief.

Last May, former Temple University student Mo Khan was accused of ordering an illuminated sign that read ‘F*** the Jews’ before it was held up by a bottle service worker at Barstool Sansom Street in Philadelphia.

Portnoy immediately fired two waitresses and identified the people allegedly responsible for ordering the sign – one being Khan.

He was later expelled from Temple and fired from his job, while he also said he lost ‘a prestigious internship that I worked really hard to get’ and was sent pictures of ‘children dying’.

Portnoy blasted him as ‘a f***ing anti-Semitic piece of s***’ and claimed he ‘owned up to’ being involved in the hateful stunt and ‘cried’ before ‘lawyering up.’

Despite initially admitting he played a part in the stunt, Khan later made a dramatic U-turn after blasting Portnoy for trying to cancel him over an ‘edgy joke.’ He claimed he ‘had nothing to do with the sign coming out, nor do I know who did it’.

Now, a year on from the scandal, Khan has accused Portnoy of ‘trying to ruin my life’ and using ‘scare tactics jews will use to frighten you into submission’.

He posted on X: ‘1 year ago today, Dave Portnoy forced me to go to Auschwitz and apologize to the jews. I refused — and Dave tried to ruin my life

‘I was expelled from university, my post-grad job offer was revoked, I lost my “best friends”, was removed from my fraternity, received death threats, had my house broken into, and even got banned on Cash-app and PayPal.

‘These are the scare tactics jews will use to frighten you into submission.

‘Never bend the knee, never apologize, and always double down. 1 year later, I don’t regret a thing.’

Portnoy initially said he would pay to send the culprits to Auschwitz in Poland to learn about the holocaust as an educational opportunity after the disgusting stunt.

Yet when Khan U-turned on his initial confession, that offer was immediately rescinded.

Khan insisted his initial confession – which didn’t ‘accurately reflect… the responsibility I bear’ – was made ‘under extreme duress and threats to destroy me and my parents’.

He also claimed he was outnumbered by ‘a multi-millionaire’ who is ‘twice my age’ and ‘well connected to all these institutions that are very elite.’ Khan also accused the Barstool boss of ‘lying, ‘sensationalizing’ the story and ‘viciously attacking’ him.

Portnoy later released footage of Khan throwing water over a homeless person as they lay on the street before running away after the sickening prank.

Portnoy wrote alongside the video: ‘What kind of person of person throws a bucket of water on a sleeping homeless person for fun? Just another edgy joke.’

Khan eventually responded to Portnoy by implying it was not a prank or an ‘edgy joke’ but instead a ploy to move a homeless person sleeping near his property.

‘God forbid I don’t want homeless people living on or next to my property,’ he fired back.

The incident with Khan was sadly not the first time in recent months where Portnoy has been targeted with such disgraceful abuse over his faith.

When the 49-year-old was filming a pizza review outside of Terrazza in Toronto in June, a passer-by yelled out ‘f*** the Jews’ from a car.

Then, in November, 20-year-old Patrick McClintock was arrested after being accused of throwing coins and yelling ‘f*** the Jews’ at Portnoy in Starkville, Mississippi before a college football game.

While doing one of his typical pizza reviews, a passerby interrupted a pizza review and shouted: ‘Hey f*** the Jews, f*** you Dave.’
