Chloe Lewis has shared a touching tribute to her late-ex boyfriend Jake Hall following his sudden death earlier this month.
The reality TV star, who played for Boston United, died in an accident at a holiday villa in Spain at the age of 35 on 7 May.
Lewis, who dated Hall when they were teenagers and then on-and-off again during their time on The Only Way is Essex, shared a montage of pictures and videos of them together on Friday (29 May).
“My first love, my childhood sweetheart. A love that taught me so much about life and myself, and even more so now your presence is no longer here,” she wrote.
