Cher’s son, Elijah Allman, has been arrested for the second time in three days.
Days after his initial arrest for allegedly causing a disturbance at a private school with which he had no affiliation, Allman, 49, was arrested Sunday in Windham, New Hampshire, after he allegedly broke into a home.
Local police said in a statement that Allman was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail, per the Union Leader.
Allman — the only son of Cher and the late Allman Brothers band co-founder Gregg Allman — was arraigned Monday and held on “preventative detention,” police said.
The Independent has reached out to Windham Police and representatives for Cher for comment.
