Arts & Business NI is now accepting applications for their Leaders on Arts Boards programme
This innovative professional development and board placement initiative is open to individuals of all ages, abilities and backgrounds who are interested in developing their leadership skills and taking up a new position on the board of a local arts organisation.
Successful applicants will receive training in all aspects of board governance, including
- the role of Trustees
- financial management
- strategies for successful governance

Who can apply
Leaders on Arts Boards programme is open to people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, including finance, HR, legal and marketing.
How to apply
There are two programme tiers, one for Business Leaders with senior leadership experience and one for emerging Young Leaders.

The deadline for applications is Friday 18 July 2025 at 5pm.
