Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese’s WNBA rivalry has survived the latter star’s move to the Atlanta Dream – that’s if this week’s games are anything to go by.

It may be a new WNBA season and Reese may be with a new team but her feud with the Indiana Fever superstar is still going strong.

Clark and the Fever faced the Dream, who acquired Reese from the Chicago Sky in the offseason, twice in the space of three days this week.

And it appears their rivalry is just as fiery as ever as the star pair clashed in a heated on-court exchange on Saturday.

During the first quarter of Saturday’s game, which the Dream won 113-96, Clark brought the ball up the floor before being fouled near the top of the key by Reese’s teammate Jordin Canada.

Reese seized the chance to try and get under the Fever star’s skin as she took a swipe at the ball in Clark’s hands.

Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese clashed yet again during Sunday’s Fever vs Dream game

The former No 1 Draft pick took exception at the petty act and waved Reese off as her rival attempted to trash talk her.

The altercation came around a minute after Clark had drilled a 3-pointer in front of Reese.

Reese may have failed to rile Clark up but she ultimately walked away the victor as the Dream dominated the Fever once again.

It marked the second time this week that the Fever were left humiliated by the Dream after Atlanta’s 108-101 win on Thursday.

Clark and Reese also clashed in that game too with the latter taking a sly dig at her rival.

The Dream forward was caught exaggeratedly mocking Clark as she mimicked flailing about during stoppage play in an apparent dig at what she believed to be foul-baiting.

Clark made both of her free throws to pull Indiana within one at 34-33, two of her 26 points on the night.

It wasn’t enough to stop the Dream, however, as the Fever fell to 9-6 on Thursday.

Reese had 21 points and 11 rebounds for her 10th double-double of the season in Thursday’s game, while Canada added 18 points.

Naz Hillmon and Allisha Gray each scored 17 points and Rhyne Howard added 16 as all five Atlanta starters scored in double figures.

Clark and Kelsey Mitchell led Indiana (9-6) with 26 points apiece. Aliyah Boston had 23 points and eight rebounds, missing her fifth straight double-double. Mitchell became the eighth player in WNBA history to make 700 career 3-pointers.

Atlanta (10-4) led by as many as 13 points in the second half.
