Northern Ireland businesses can access up to £20,000 to help bring innovative products, services, or processes to market.
Eligibility criteria
The Business Innovation Grant is open to Northern Ireland small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from all sectors (except primary agriculture) that are not currently Invest Northern Ireland clients.
To be eligible, projects must align with Innovate NI’s definition of innovation – creating something new or significantly improved that adds market value.
Additional information
Grants from £5,000 to £20,000 could go towards
- market research and validation
- product testing and development
- product launches and demonstrations
- market entry planning and trade fair attendance
- supply chain and new market exploration, and more
As well as financial support, successful applicants will also receive guidance from Innovate NI and a certificate recognising their innovation.
