Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James was seen writhing around in pain after running directly into an opponent on the Golden State Warriors.
Midway through the first quarter of the game, James ran into the paint in an attempt to get open for a pass.
He wasn’t looking where he was going and ran straight into Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga.
James fell backwards on the floor after taking contact to the midsection and was seen writhing around in pain.
He was overheard screaming and was seen slapping the court as the play continued on at the other end of the floor.
When the Lakers forced a turnover, the officials finally stopped the action to tend to the injured star.

James was seen grimacing while lying on his back as trainers tended to his injuries
Athletic trainers came out to tend to James as he rolled around on the floor in obvious pain.
James eventually got to his feet and was working through the injury, but was subbed out of the game for a brief time.
After working through things, he got back to the floor and was able to play through the brief pain.
By halftime, James had played 20 minutes and managed eight points, two rebounds, and three assists on a 2-for-4 shooting line.
