Joy Taylor was back on Fox Sports just 24 hours after being named in a bombshell workplace misconduct lawsuit – but she failed to mention the allegations leveled against her.
Taylor is the host of FS1’s Speak, which airs weekdays at 5pm, and there was no change to the schedule on Monday despite the shock lawsuit filed against a host of Fox TV personalities past and present.
In the suit, filed by ex-FS1 stylist Noushin Faraji, Taylor is alleged to have used sexual relationships with ex-NFL star co-host Emmanuel Acho and network exec Charlie Dixon to further her career.
Furthermore, she is accused of allegedly scheming to protect her job at the network by fabricating a sexual misconduct allegation against Dixon, a Fox Sports executive vice president in charge of talent.
‘… once Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to [Taylor], she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her,’ reads a portion of the lawsuit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior court on behalf of ex-FS1 stylist Faraji.
Taylor did not respond to a request for comment from DailyMail.com, and in her first appearance on TV since the allegations emerged, she was staying quiet on the subject.

It was business as usual for Taylor as she sat alongside Keyshawn Johnson and Michael Irvin
Taylor wore a blue dress and black tights as she appeared alongside Paul Pierce, Michael Irvin and Keyshawn Johnson on the FS1 show.
The 37-year-old broadcaster opened the show by talking about the Detroit Lions, and spirits were high on the show with banter flowing despite the off-set issues facing the network.
On social media, fans were quick to pick up on the absence of any lawsuit mentions, with one writing: ‘Joy Taylor on TV right now not giving a f***.’

Another added: ‘Joy Taylor is on @SpeakOnFS1. Apparently, all is well. Nothing to see. Business as usual.’
Taylor, Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless and the Fox Corporation are named in Faraji’s lawsuit, much of which focuses on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation and other hostile workplace issues between 2012 and August of 2024.
Bayless is accused of offering $1.5million to Faraji for sex, while Dixon is accused of groping the stylist’s buttocks.
Taylor, herself, is accused of dismissing Faraji’s complaints about sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon, telling the hair stylist to ‘get over it.’
