Former Dallas Cowboys star Kelvin Joseph Jr has been arrested and charged over a fatal collision with a motorcyclist on Saturday morning.
A 27-year-old woman riding a motorcycle has died after being struck on US Highway 75 – which runs from Dallas, Texas northward to the Canadian border near Noyes, Minnesota – in the early hours of the morning.
According to Dallas television station WFAA, ex-Cowboys cornerback Joseph called police to inform them that he’d been involved in a crash at around 5:39am. Officers are said to have observed signs of intoxication after arriving at the scene to speak to him.
The 25-year-old was arrested and charged with DWI and collision involving personal injury or death.
