At the time of writing, Bose was selling refurbished pairs of the QuietComfort wireless headphones for £100 less than the cost of a brand-new pair. According to the retailer, each product is cleaned and tested until it is “as good as new”.
To give you peace of mind, Bose offers a 90-day returns policy on all products bought on its site (not just refurbished ones), though you’ll need to call to arrange a return. Bose also offers a two-year warranty on its refurbished products, so if there’s an issue within this timeframe, you should receive a repair, replacement or refund, fuss-free.
