Indian vegetarian powerhouse Bikanervala has officially entered the UK food scene, launching its first outlet in Hounslow as part of a strategic £50 million expansion initiative in partnership with The Montana Global Group.

Situated at 101-105 High Street, the 3,200 sq. ft restaurant and sweet shop offers a full-fledged dining and gifting experience. This Hounslow debut kicks off Phase 1 of the brand’s UK journey, with 25 stores planned and two additional sites already set for Southall.

The Montana Global Group—renowned for building hospitality brands such as Kingdom of Grills and operating Bikanervala stores across Punjab, Himachal, and Jammu & Kashmir—is leading the charge in this UK venture.

Celebrated for its authentic North Indian flavours, Bikanervala’s culinary repertoire includes fluffy chole bhature, zesty chaats, and crisp samosas. Yet, it’s their traditional sweets, perfected since 1905, that remain the cornerstone of their global appeal.

More than just a dining destination, the Hounslow store also houses a wedding studio, offers catering services, and provides premium gifting solutions, making it a cultural hub for community gatherings and special occasions.

Monty Singh, Founder and Managing Director of The Montana Global Group, shared:

“We’re pouring £50 million into 25 Bikanervala stores across the UK, starting with Hounslow’s 3,200 sq. ft beauty! From Kingdom of Grills in India to our Bikanervala franchises in Punjab and beyond, we know how to bring the heat. Now, we’re here to spice and sweeten the UK’s wedding season and social events, turning every moment into amazing memories with North Indian flair!”

Montana Global also owns Brands Unlimited, a diverse retail concept that merges over 100 premium names across fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle products, further broadening their footprint beyond the food sector.

Following successful expansions in the US and UAE, Bikanervala’s UK journey begins with a bold vision—to make traditional Indian vegetarian fare a cherished staple on British high streets.

About Bikanervala

Born in 1905, Bikanervala is India’s veggie legend, dishing out North Indian classics and sweets that have the world hooked. With 250+ outlets globally, it’s tradition with a tasty twist.
