Baltimore Ravens rookie cornerback Bilhal Kone suffered a gruesome injury in a preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts which will spell the end to his season before it even truly began.
In the first quarter of his first NFL preseason game, Kone was defending a pass intended for wide receiver Ashton Dulin.
But he came down onto the turf awkwardly and a video of the incident showed Kone writhing around in pain in the end zone.
Kone’s leg appeared to be bent at about a 90 degree angle to the left – causing groans to be heard from those watching on.
Almost immediately, the Ravens training staff brought over a golf cart and took him off the field.

The Ravens carted him off the field. He was diagnosed with a torn ACL and MCL.
According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Kone tore his ACL and his MCL – spelling an end to his season.
Before leaving the game, he registered one tackle.
Kone was the 178th pick in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft by the Ravens.
The Minnesota native previously played his college football at Iowa Central Community College and FCS Indiana State before playing his final two seasons at Western Michigan.
