A polarising comedian who promotes himself as ‘Australia’s Loosest Bloke’ has been banned from his local footy club after posting a video showing him making a disgraceful joke about the alleged murder of a five-year-old girl in the Northern Territory.

Five-year-old Warlpiri girl Kumanjayi Little Baby was found dead near Alice Springs last week after a large-scale search, and Jefferson Lewis has been charged with her murder.

That prompted comedian Alex ‘Shooter’ Williamson to make light of the alleged murder on his TikTok channel.

In the since-deleted video, which has been viewed by the Daily Mail, Williamson appears along with an image of Lewis.

‘This is apparently the guy that abducted that little girl in Alice Springs yesterday,’ Williamson said.

‘And I saw a news report that he had got out of jail and was staying at the little girl’s house.’

The video then took a vile turn, as Williamson pretended to be somebody on the phone with Lewis prior to the alleged abduction.

‘Somebody was like, hey, yo, you just get out of prison, did you, brother?’ Williamson said.

‘Yeah, yeah I’ve seen your mugshot, you’re looking good. You’re looking well.’

Williamson then referred to asking Lewis to stay with him and his daughter, and made a reference to petrol sniffing.

The comedian could barely hold in his laughter as he made the video.

Williamson faced heavy backlash in the comments and the video was removed from TikTok.

It has resurfaced on social media platform X, with an account titled ‘AussieDad’ lashing Williamson for the video.

‘Alex ‘Shooter’ Williamson in a since deleted TikTok, has been seen openly laughing and mocking the death and circumstances [of Kumanjayi Little Baby],’ the account posted.

‘He deleted the TikTok, after he was absolutely belted in the comments section.

‘This is a tragedy and something that must never happen again, it’s not something that anyone should find funny. Putrid take and behaviour by Alex Williamson.’

Willunga Football Club quickly responded to the post, suspending Williamson and issuing a public apology to its members.

‘We are aware of the deeply offensive social media content shared by an individual associated with our club,’ the post to social media read.

‘We want to be clear: the comments made are completely unacceptable and do not reflect the values of our club.

‘We acknowledge the hurt and distress this has caused, particularly to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader community.

‘The individual was stood down immediately, and following review, is no longer registered with the club. This outcome reflects the seriousness with which we have treated the matter.

‘We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment and will continue to take meaningful steps to ensure our standards are upheld.

‘We sincerely apologise to those impacted and thank our community for raising their concerns.’

The Daily Mail has contacted Williamson and Willunga Football Club for comment.

Williamson is no stranger to controversy, and has seen his profile on social media eroded in recent years due to his posts.

He was once a popular comedian with a strong fan base and national tours.

His decline came thanks to erratic and disturbing social media posts, including confrontational clips involving his ex-girlfriend.

In 2021, serious allegations from Williamson’s ex-partner, musician Peach PRC, led to explosive, explicit online responses and widespread backlash.

As a result, he was dropped from major comedy festivals and cut by his management.

Williamson’s live shows also became increasingly volatile, with repeated altercations and physical confrontations with audience members.

Multiple incidents saw him abuse hecklers, escalate conflicts, and even get assaulted during performances.

More recently, fans have expressed concern over his behaviour, describing him as a ‘shell of his former self’.

His former Instagram account, which had 496,000 followers, was deleted during the scandal.

Williamson has since started a new account, which has just over 80,000 followers.
