Ariana Grande sued two hackers for allegedly hacking private accounts belonging to producers and photographers she has worked closely with.

The “Eternal Sunshine” songstress accused two defendants — listed as John Does — of allegedly hacking “various personal digital accounts,” resulting in “unlawful and egregious theft, dissemination, and exploitation of unreleased content,” according to documents obtained by Page Six Monday.

According to the filing, the John Does allegedly obtained unreleased songs, audio recordings, videos and photographs of Grande that were “not intended for public consumption,” resulting in what the suit termed “malicious invasion” against her privacy.

The files were allegedly sold “on the dark web for significant sums of money.”

“In 2023 alone, 45 unreleased songs belonging to Ms. Grande were hacked, stolen, and leaked by Defendants,” the documents read. “Since her music debut in 2011, hundreds of similar leaks have taken place.”

The most recent alleged hack occurred in 2024.

The filing is also seeking the opportunity to uncover the hackers’ identities, with an insider close to Grande telling People, “The lawsuit is intended to serve as a deterrent against future acts of this nature.”

“Not only targeting Ariana, but also the many artists who have faced similar invasions of their privacy and theft of their creative work,” the insider continued.

“Artists deserve the right to control how and when their art is shared with the world. The unlawful theft and distribution of creative work undermines that right and should not be tolerated.”

Page Six has reached out to Grande’s representatives for comment.

The tour is scheduled to end with a performance at the at the O2 Arena in London on Sept.1.
