Develop your leadership skills and build cross-sector relationships
The Centre for Democracy and Peace (CDP) is inviting applications for its 2026-27 Fellowship Programme. The scheme supports leadership development across business, public, political and civic sectors in Northern Ireland.
The programme aims to help participants build the skills, networks and confidence to address economic and social challenges.
What the programme involves
The Fellowship runs from September 2026 to March 2027 and includes
- events and symposium days across Northern Ireland
- residential visits to Oxford and Dublin
- group projects focused on strategic challenges
It also provides access to a network of over 120 alumni from business, government and the community sector.
Who should apply
The programme is open to leaders from a range of sectors, including business. It may be particularly relevant if you want to
- develop leadership and decision-making skills
- work collaboratively across sectors
- expand your professional network
- contribute to Northern Ireland’s future economic growth
To apply, you must complete an online application form by Thursday 4 June 2026.
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to a short interview.
