- Chloe Pink received shocking remarks on her recent photos
Chloe Pink, the wife of AFL star Toby Pink, has revealed the deluge of horrible abuse she received about her appearance after North Melbourne’s Best and Fairest Awards night on the weekend.
Pink, who has been in a relationship with the North Melbourne defender for more than seven years, tied the knot with the footy star earlier in the year.
The couple had a lovely wedding day, but the new bride wasn’t expecting the cruel insults she would receive after sharing the photos online.
Pink, who was left crying for days afterwards, said her husband was as stunned as her by the hurtful remarks about her appearance.
Sadly, the criticism from online trolls hasn’t stopped, with Pink revealing what happened over the weekend.
‘I was very anxious about what I wore and how I looked and finding a dress that was flattering on me,’ she told news.com.au.

Pink says one person remarked that she looked like a ‘heifer brought in from a paddock’
The footy WAG worked with a stylist to find a dress that didn’t reveal too much, finally deciding on a full-length white gown.
‘The dress was beautiful, but I spent so much time looking, and I worked with a stylist because the whole point was that I didn’t want my arms or chest showing,’ she said.
‘If I had my arms or chest out, I knew the comments would have been 10 times worse.’
Despite dreading the comments on the team’s official social media page, Pink says she couldn’t help herself from having a read.
Comments were quickly deleted, but the 25-year-old said she saw some terrible things written about her appearance, including one saying she looked like a ‘heifer brought in from a paddock’.
Pink, who says she sees a psychologist to help cope with the criticism she receives, says she doesn’t know what she did to make the trolls hate her so much.
‘The public are so used to seeing a WAG that is a size 8 or 10,’ she said.
‘I’m a size 14 or 16, and my husband is in love with me, but I am more different to the rest.’

Pink says her husband Toby has been very supportive about the entire issue
The couple are childhood sweethearts and have been together for more than seven years
Pink is determined to not let the body-shaming trolls get to her and says it helps that her husband is always supportive.
‘He is really positive, and when we see it, he is like, “it sucks”, but he always says you have to ignore it and know that I love you and you look good and they are nobodies,’ she said.
