Taylor Swift’s wedding bouquet was caught by the older sister of Kansas City Chiefs lineman Trey Smith, it has been revealed.
Ashley Smith, whose brother has played with Travis Kelce in Kansas City since 2021, announced on Instagram that she was the lucky woman who caught the pop megastar’s flowers at their extravagant New York City ceremony on Friday night.
‘Celebrated an Enchanting Love S(T&T)ory ,’ she wrote alongside a series of photos, including one of her with the bouquet. ‘And somehow… I ended up catching Tay Tay’s bouquet.
Ashley is hoping the incredible memento brings her ‘a lifetime of love, luck, and laughter’.
She signed off the post by writing: ‘Congratulations, Taylor & Travis! Cheers to forever T&T!’
Her brother is gearing up for his sixth season with the Chiefs, after being drafted by the team in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Swift and Kelce tied the knot in front of 1,000 guests at Madison Square Garden on Friday night
Alongside Kelce, Smith won two consecutive Super Bowls before making it back to football’s end-of-season showpiece the following year.
The bouquet revelation is the latest piece of gossip to come from Kelce and Swift’s wedding, where Hollywood icon Adam Sandler served as the officiant.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has revealed Sandler urged the couple to ‘keep kissing’ throughout their marriage when officiating at Madison Square Garden on Friday night.
‘Adam Sandler conducted the service there and he told them to “keep kissing,” in its simplest form. That’s a good thing,’ Reid told reporters on Sunday.
‘It’s hard to argue when you give your wife a kiss or your wife gives you a kiss… And make sure you do it every day, every minute that you have an opportunity to. Knock it out, and you won’t have any problems.’
Reid was one of several Chiefs figures at the wedding on Friday, with all but one of the entire roster invited.
Controversial kicker Harrison Butker was the only Kansas City player left off the guest list by Kelce and Swift, two years on from his divisive commencement speech at Benedictine College.
An NFL source told the Daily Mail that Butker, who has played alongside Kelce since 2017, was not at the wedding on Friday.

The three-time Super Bowl champion sparked uproar when he suggested women should prioritize being stay-at-home mothers over their careers during a commencement speech at Kansas City’s Benedictine College in 2024.
He also appeared to condemn then-President Joe Biden’s pro-abortion stance and the LGBTQ+ community, igniting outrage at the time. A petition for Butker to be cut by the Chiefs was signed by more than 260,000 people.
Amid the controversy, Kelce stood up for his teammate against the cancel culture backlash, describing him as a ‘great person’ – despite admitting he disagreed with almost every opinion he shared in the speech.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Reid also leapt to Butker’s defense at the time.
