Ulster University is hosting a panel event to explore how the Executive MBA (EMBA) can support your leadership development and career progression

This two-year programme is designed for ambitious managers, emerging leaders and senior professionals looking to lead with confidence and strategic impact.

EMBA faculty member Professor Karise Hutchinson will deliver a keynote, “Leading in the Grey Zone Turning Ambiguity into Opportunity,” exploring how business leaders can thrive when there are no clear answers.

The panel discussion will be chaired by Lynette Fay, who will lead a conversation with EMBA graduates sharing their experiences of the programme and its impact on their careers.

Panellists include

  • Ian Russell, Head of Private Banking, Danske Bank
  • Gail Troughton, Head of Logistics and Fleet Procurement, C&C Group
  • Gavin Nelson, Managing Director, Third Sector Connect
