After being critical in the build-up to WrestleMania 41 and heavily expected to make an appearance on the show, The Rock was mysteriously absent, with WWE fans seething as a result.
The Rock last appeared for the WWE at Elimination Chamber last month, being the catalyst for John Cena turning heel for the first time in 22 years, with famous rapper Travis Scott joining the two Hollywood stars.
Scott appeared and interfered in the main event between Cena and Cody Rhodes, yet the actual wrestling icon was nowhere to be seen.
Scott took a ‘Cross Rhodes’ from Cody, allowing Cena to get the upper hand and win his 17th world championship in the WWE, the most all-time in the company.
Cena celebrated with Scott as a duo after winning his first WrestleMania main event match since his 2013 victory over The Rock.
Even with the historical triumph, WWE fans were unhappy with how the biggest weekend of the year reached its conclusion.
The Rock was mysteriously absent from WrestleMania 41 after being expected to show up

The show ended with John Cena and Travis Scott as a duo in the ring celebrating without him
‘No Rock? hey Dwayne, you’re in or you’re out. And when you’re out, you f*** s*** up,’ one wrestling fan said. ‘Stay away unless you’re committing.’
‘The Rock is the biggest fraud in the history of professional wrestling. This man does not care about this business at all, he only comes back for his convenience. Truly an awful company man,’ another wrestling supporter said.
‘Anyone else find that very anticlimactic? Like what??? Why did Travis Scott have a 5 minute entrance in the middle of the match and WHERE IS THE ROCK???? Happy for Cena, but WHAT????’ a third said.
‘Did they even need The Rock for this heel turn? Not a single appearance? Not a single explanation? Come on,’ a fourth concluded.
