Work Well Live Well is a free support programme to help support your workplace to improve employee health, wellbeing, and culture.

Work Well Live Well is a free health and wellbeing accredited programme funded by the Public Health Agency and delivered by Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke (NICHS).

Accreditation levels

Employers can work towards achieving one of three accreditation levels bronze, silver, or gold.

Support available from Work Well Live Well

Small and medium-sized businesses will receive

  • free health champion training for employees
  • free NICHS Well Talks or Well Webinars for staff
  • free advanced workplace health training, including mental health first aid
  • professional networking opportunities for health champions
  • ongoing workshops to increase knowledge and expertise
  • resources for your health and wellbeing initiatives
  • ongoing personalised support from the NICHS Workplace Health and Wellbeing team
