The programme will address leadership development with a focus on inclusion and gender representation
Women in Business Northern Ireland will host the Voices of Leadership Conference on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at Mandela Hall, Belfast. The event is expected to bring together over 400 delegates from across the region to explore the theme of “Courageous Leadership.”
The conference is organised in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast and is supported by Belfast City Council. It is open to participants from various sectors, including senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and public sector representatives.
The programme is designed to engage individuals at all stages of their leadership journey, including those leading organisations, managing teams, contributing to community initiatives, or beginning to explore leadership roles. The programme will examine leadership in its various forms while maintaining a focus on gender representation and inclusion.
Speakers from a range of industries will present personal experiences and offer practical guidance related to leadership challenges, development, and resilience.
