Netflix pulled out all the stops for its worldwide broadcast of Anthony Joshua’s blockbuster fight with Jake Paul – and also introduced its huge audience to a more unfamiliar face.
Sidney Scoles quickly became one of the standout stars of the night in Miami, with fans desperate to learn more about her as she interviewed big names from ringside at Kaseya Center.
For many, it was the first time seeing Scoles on their screen, but she is already an Emmy-winning broadcaster and reporter well-known to NFL fans.
In fact, she is the ‘in-game host’ for the Las Vegas Raiders, appearing at every home game at the NFL team’s Allegiant Stadium.
The 37-year-old is also a red carpet host for E! and Access Hollywood, and this year made her debut as a host for Women of Wrestling.
She has a huge Instagram following of over 100,000 – but that is surely set to shoot much higher after her appearance in front of an audience that is likely to be higher than 60million on Friday night.

That said, Scoles is no stranger to the big stage having also previously covered the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, as well as the 2023 Pro Bowl – and another Netflix live event in Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson.
She appeared on Friday night’s broadcast within the first few minutes, with main host Kate Scott throwing down to Scoles at ringside where she previewed the fight.
Fans quickly took to social media to share their thoughts, with one writing: ‘Who is Sibley Scoles?!? I say cot DAMN.’

On her social media accounts, Sibley had taken fans behind the curtain during the build-up to the fight, opening up about rehearsals and her own preparations for what is surely the biggest night of her career so far.
Ahead of the start of the live broadcast, she posted a photo to her fans of her standing on the walk to the ring, alongside the caption: ‘Final rehearsals are wrapped. The stage is set. See you LIVE on @netflix.’
