This programme is open to any woman in research who is
- A Postgraduate Researcher Master’s Doctoral Researcher, Postdoctoral Researcher, Research Fellow, Research Associate, Research Scientist, Senior Researcher, Principal Investigator, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor, Research Director, Head of Research levels.
- From any sector or discipline.
- Affiliated with a regional college, research center, or university.
- Located on the island of Ireland.
Support you can get
This programme offers expert-led training, tailored mentoring, an engaging masterclass series, workshops and one-to-ones.
Guidance and support will be delivered across three strands
- Capability Building – enhance professional development and progressively develop confidence, mindset and skills (open from May 2026).
- Ideation – develop your concept with practical guidance, meet role models, and gain the confidence to take the next steps toward building a venture (open from June 2026).
- Pre-Commercialisation – supportive expert guidance, connecting with peers, and building the confidence and skills needed to prepare for market engagement and investment (open from June 2026).
