The biggest Oscar snubs of 2024

The 2024 Oscar nominations are here, and the snubs are brutal — including Margot Robbie, Leonardo DiCaprio and more.

“Barbie” got a Best Picture nomination, however, Greta Gerwig got snubbed for Best Director. Margot Robbie got snubbed, yet Ryan Gosling was nominated for Best Actor.

Leonardo DiCaprio was not nominated for his portrayal of Ernest Burkhart in “Killers of the Flower Moon."

Charles Melton was not nominated for his heartbreaking portrayal of grooming survivor Joe in “May December."

Emerald Fennell’s “Saltburn,” starring Jacob Elordi, also got snubbed.

“Oppenheimer” however, got a total of 13 nominations— including Best Actor for Cillian Murphy, Best Supporting Actor for Robert Downey Jr. and Best Director for Christopher Nolan.
