Warrington Wolves Women have been docked nine points for failing to fulfil four fixtures during the 2025 Women’s Super League season.
The fixtures, against St Helens in July, Leeds in August and Leigh and Wigan in September, saw the opposition awarded a 48-0 win on each occasion.
The decision, taken by an independent operational rules tribunal, means the club now finish the season on minus nine points.
The Wire had already been relegated from the Women’s Super League before the points deduction and will be replaced by Featherstone Rovers, who beat London Broncos in the Northern Championship Grand Final at the weekend.
In the 10 games they played, Warrington scored fewer than six points per game on average and conceded more than 63.
Warrington’s position in the 2026 pyramid is still to be decided, an RFL statement added.
