Minnesota Vikings cornerback Isaiah Rodgers has released screenshots of the disgusting racial abuse he received in the wake of Sunday’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Rodgers posted the vile messages – without identifying the abuser – to his Instagram story after the Vikings fell to 3-3 with a 28-22 defeat by the reigning Super Bowl champions.
The cornerback – who previously played for Philadelphia – was beaten by DeVonta Smith on a 79-yard touchdown pass as Jalen Hurts threw for 326 yards.
One fan later sent him a slew of hateful messages which included racial slurs and accused Rodgers of being ‘worse than Hitler.’
‘Good f***ing s*** f*** face,’ the messages began. ‘U f***ing suck… u just gave the Eagles the win.’
Rodgers was branded a ‘f***ing n*****,’ a ‘worthless piece of s***’ and a ‘waste of air.’
