“No Kings” protesters have carried an inflatable effigy of President Donald Trump defecating what appears to be flames on the US Constitution.

Demonstrations are taking place all across the country on Saturday (28 March), in protest of ICE, the Iran war, attacks on freedom of speech, and Trump’s “desire to rule over us as a tyrant”, according to organizers.

Over 3,100 individual protests are being held, including significant events in Los Angeles County and a mass march near Central Park in New York City.

Trump has previously dismissed the “No Kings” protests as “very small” and “very ineffective,” asserting that he is not a king and works diligently to improve the country.
