Scale up your game studio with expert support

Ukie, with support from Tencent and the Department for Business and Trade, has opened applications for the 2026 Video Games Growth Programme.

The programme helps UK game studios scale both creatively and commercially. It supports growth through two tailored pathways

  • accelerator track – for new studios ready to expand
  • scale-up track – for established studios aiming for bigger growth

Participants benefit from expert-led sessions, mentoring, and access to investors. The programme covers topics critical for long-term success, including

  • business strategy
  • securing funding
  • team and operations management
  • expanding into international markets

The first year saw 27 studios complete the programme.

Applications for the 2026 Video Games Growth Programme close on 20 October 2025.

You can find out more and apply through the Ukie website.
