Vicious brawl between female WWE fans breaks out as SummerSlam chaos hits the stands in New Jersey

Multiple women got into a legitimate heated brawl in the front row of the bleachers early into the second night of WWE’s SummerSlam mega show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The event which kicked off at 6 p.m. local time still had plenty of daylight shining into the crowd, meaning the fight took place in the first couple of matches of the show.

How the fight started is unclear, with the video starting with at least seven people involved in the chaos, most of them being women.

As the camera focuses on the brawl, a woman in black quickly gets her hair grabbed by another woman in a red skirt.

A woman in a white tank top also is involved, seemingly on the side of her friend in the red skirt, as she has a hold of the woman in black’s arm.

The only woman to throw a punch during the recorded portion of the fight is the woman in a black shirt, who connects with a few strikes to the abdomen of the women in the red skirt.

Several members of stadium security in orange arrive to break up the fight, with all parties seemingly escorted from MetLife Stadium after the video ends.

WWE’s ticket prices for one of its signature events of the year were high, with some costing over $300 per seat, especially in the lower bowl.

Getting into a fight with multiple matches still to go is one way to not get a proper return on an investment.

WWE’s biggest show of the year not named WrestleMania is SummerSlam, held over the course of two nights for the first time in 2025. WrestleMania made the permanent switch to a two-night spectacular back in 2020.

The show was headlined by Cody Rhodes defeating John Cena for the WWE Championship, avenging his loss to the ‘Peacemaker’ star at WrestleMania 41 in April.
