In a recent Centre for Legal leadership webinar, Oliver Storey, Head of Legal at Metro Bank, and Sinead Murray, General Counsel at Ofgem, discussed how to best utilise junior talent in an in-house legal department. Among other things, their conversation touched on the benefits of integrating junior talent, designing training programmes to nurture junior talent and the non-technical skills and qualities needed to thrive in an in-house environment.
